What WE DON'T DO:

* Pet Waste: We are not equipped to clean up any feces, urine or chemical waste

Please keep your pets in a safe place while we clean.

* Lifting Heavy Objects more then 30lbs. We do not lift more then 30lbs. If you wish to have cleaning done behind any furniture or appliances please make accommodations to get them moved

* Ladders or hard to reach places. We like to stay on the ground at all times. We will not climb on ladders or step stools. We use and extending pole to reach areas that are high or hard to reach.

*Outside Areas such as garages, patios, porches and windows

*Ordor Removal. Removing strong orders from animal wastes, smoke, mold, or anything that requires remediation

Detailed Carpet & Floor Cleaning. Anything beyond sweeping, mopping or vacuuming isn't a service we provide. If your floors or carpets require this, we request that you have done prior or after our cleaning.

*Bed Bugs & Insects. We do not clean any homes or areas that may have an insect problem or bed bugs. If we were to see as such, we will have to stop our service until you have your home professionally fumigated. Then we may resume our services

*Pet Hair on Furniture or Upholstery. We will do our best to vacuum or use a roller to remove pet hair. If it is excessive we are not equipped to remove.

*Unloading the dishwasher. We do not unload the dishwasher as this increases our risk of accidentally breaking a dish. If you wish to have your dirty dishes loaded into the dishwasher please make sure the dishwasher is empty and ready to use.
